  • Pam Costa Miller
    General Manager

    A native to the Bay Area, Pam has been working in the food industry for over 30 years, and has been with Bon Appétit since February 2012. Pam adores the customer-facing aspects of her job and will stop short of nothing to make sure a customer gets exactly what they are looking for. She attended San Francisco state, with an emphasis in Art History. In her spare time she can be found enjoying a virtual plethora of books or playing with her three year-old grandson. Her favorite food? Anything with apricots! She is most proud of Bon Appétit’s Farm to Fork program, which ensures that, when possible, food served in the cafés are sourced locally, seasonally, and responsibly.

    Since the age of 9 Erza has loved working with food. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, she transformed her love of food into a career. After working in restaurants in San Francisco and Palo Alto, CA for years, Erza began with Bon Appetit in November of 2012. Working with such a wonderful network of chefs and purveyors has allowed her to expand her insight of California cuisine, encompassing everything that our region has to offer. Erza loves teaching her employees new techniques, including how to pickle, make jam, and anything else that she sees out there in the culinary world! Instagram is an AMAZING culinary outlet for seeing new ideas! When not in the kitchen she’s out exploring the Bay Area with her fiancé or playing at home with their two kittens. As she tells her staff, love is the most important ingredient in their food, because you can put great ingredients in, but without love it’s only a dish.
